The Top 5 Ways Positivity Changes Your Organization for the Better
Positivity can change your organization and have a measurable impact on the way that work gets done. I recently created a short video that will give you some reasons why making your workplace more positive is worth doing.
Here are the Top 5 Ways Positivity Changes Your Organization for the Better:
1. Positivity Feels Good
When people fee better they are more alert and receptive which creates an environment adaptable to change.
2. Positivity Changes How Your Mind Works
When people are in a positive state they become more open to new ideas, which increases possibility as well as creativity and creates a more resourceful organization.
3. Positivity Transforms Your Future
By using positive strengths, people are able to produce more in a smaller amount of time, which achieves remarkable and unanticipated outcomes. These outcomes can literally change the future of your organization.
4. Positivity Puts the Brakes on Negativity
When people practice positivity they stop practicing negativity. This can have physical effects that actually shape our outcomes. A negative environment spikes our heart rate, a positive environment slows it, and this leads to creative solutions and resiliency
5. Positivity isn’t fixed
There is no set point for an individual or an organization for; it can be learned and increased. These are just a few of the ways and just the beginning of how positivity can transform your organization.
