Little by Little, One Walks Far. Abstain from the Overwhelm.

Little by Little, One Walks Far. Abstain from the Overwhelm.

Huge projects.  Massive demands.  There are only 24 hours in a day and you need 28.  With the increasing demands of modern day life, it is easy to see responsibility before us looming, daring us to look up at it.

The human psyche, unless otherwise trained, will revert to a feeling of pure overwhelm, causing shut down and the environment of “I give up.”  In the Peruvian proverb, “Little by little, one walks far,” success by way of micro-movements forward is suggested.

When we start our week, as the thought, “How will I ever get this done,” begins to play, please take a deep breath and envision that you can accomplish everything by taking it little by little.  We have no capacity to do it all at once, but understanding the challenge of demands and how these fortify us to grow and become stronger will help us to be able to take on a larger load in the long run.

Have a fantastic week and enjoy the days knowing that Spring has sprung and the only thing required of you is to live life just one moment at a time.

Appreciatively,

Lynn
